I am a freelance creative director based in New York City. My trade is art direction but I also write as much as I design.

Before freelancing, I served creative tours at BBDO, DDB, Havas, and R/GA New York, where I was most recently Executive Creative Director, Campaigns. There, I oversaw the campaign output from the largest agency creative department in New York while also being lead creative on Google. That was a cool job for sure, but alas, I’m back doing what I love most — creating work that gets agencies and brands noticed.

Accolades

I won’t list out every award I’ve won but I can tell you that I was ranked most-awarded art director by the One Show Global Creative Rankings and 2nd most-awarded art director by The Drum World Creative Rankings. That means hauls from Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Art Directors Club, the ANDYs, the Clios, the Webbys, Communication Arts, and more. I’ve appeared on Creativity’s Top 10 Most-Awarded List with Best of Shows at the London International Awards and Obie Awards, while some of my TV work resides in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art. Business Insider counted me as “one of the 37 creatives most lusted after by rival agencies” and I’ve proudly judged One Show, the Art Directors Club, TED, and some local ADDY in Phoenix.
